No cancellation will be entertained after Booking the Oman or any international tour.

If you have a positive PCR test, an irregular passport, or any legal violations that prevent you from entering Oman or taking an international trip from Dubai the UAE, or your Destination, you won’t get a refund.

Suncity Tourism L.L.C can change the mode of transport from Car to Flight if it is required due to changes in any immigration policies at the UAE border. No refunds will be entertained due to this change in the mode of transport.

All tours/services must be pre-paid except otherwise stated. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment will be listed as “Sun City Tours and Desert Safari L.L.C” on the credit card statement. You will be charged in UAE Dirham (AED) at the conversion rate applicable on the date of your booking.

Rates for the tours are promotional rates for all the tours and excursions and not the Rack rates. no further discounts will be provided on these rates or no voucher price will be considered for a discount on these rates, as all the voucher or discount coupons are offering discounts on the “rack rates”

Tips/gratuities, baggage or personal insurance, beverages, or food not described in the product description, and all other purchases of a personal nature are not included.

Any discriminatory speech, actions, or harmful acts towards any of our staff or local citizens will attract a legal course of action.
